Alienation!

Condemned by your past mistakes they walk behind you trailing their chains in the vain hope that you will acknowledge their presence and learn from the fact that they still exist ,the chains weigh you down, as do the veiled insults from the cliques, who promise you relief, dressed up in its finery as alienation in disguise...you reach out to some who answer but in the end they always go, quicker than a heartbeat, which you wish to stop..sometimes.Then she says "Love is not changed by death and nothing is lost all in the end is harvest"...where are those who can forgive this myriad of mistakes...listen they are dragging and lagging behind with their own they are burnt out...you have asked for too much yet again!.

Wow, very deep. Reminds me of Edgar Allan Poe.

Egar Allan Poe and Goblin have nothing in common, apart from the fact that they are probably from the sam solar system!

Indeed, and Goblin would not be out of place in one of Mr Poe's stories. I am still at a loss when it comes to deciphering the main point of this post as it reads like a press release from the office of the deputy prime minister. However, I think it's something to do with the topic that alienates guys. Perhaps....perhaps not, but either way, the dearth of responses means that my state of bewilderment at the content is not unique.

Poe!? Despite what Eidoel thinks I'm honoured he was a master of the macabre.

LL.Allow me to enlighten you its a thought process and could have been a rant, if my self doubt had been less prominent.I feel I'm being punished for a grave mistake, not by anyone here I might add but,for only seeing the negative side of a very difficult decision as usual I played devil's advocate and as you and I know that bugger rarely wins the case. So there you have it .

Well, it seems that you require therapy. Why do you feel the need to publicise your every whim? is it because you crave wttention? or maybe you are a raving ego maniac who needs adoration and feedback. I don't know, some of your posts are good, but they mostly strike me as being a cry for help and afirmation.

As a criminal lawyer, guys, don't you reckon that actually being the devil's advocate would be the highlight of your career? I mean, representing the most notorious bad guy of all time, whose criminal career has stretched over thousands of years, what a privilege! And think of the fees you could charge! Goblin what on earth have you done this time then? It does seem that misfortune stalks your path like a giant stalking thing.

Post 8 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 10:42:46

no its none of these pal I was just releasing the thoughts crowding and swirling,in my mind one should let them out to play don't you think.

Post 9 by Wishes (Veteran Zoner) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 10:45:03

In private, yeah, but in public? it's like indecent exposure!

Post 10 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:01:38

really hmm I suppose you have a point ok what about turning them into songs, then letting them run around via a black metal/goth band, is that indecent or downright twisted.

Post 11 by Wishes (Veteran Zoner) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:12:04

You could just write them for the sake of writing them, you don't need to show them to anyone, you don't need to post them. If you write stuff down, it can be cathartic; unfortunately, when you post so much, people are inevitably going to get tired of it, so they're remember the bad stuff and forget the good stuff you've written.

Post 12 by lawlord (I'm going for the prolific poster awards!) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:14:42

Good stuff? Where's this good stuff? now then Lawlord you're just causing trouble.

Post 13 by Wishes (Veteran Zoner) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:18:26

Slapped wrists Lawford, that was mean spirited of you! Goblin's work isn't my cup of tea... but as long as he enjoys the creative process it should be encouraged. All i'm saying is quantity is not quality, Goblin gets carried away and produces work that is... questionable. I stand by my previous posts on this topic.

Post 14 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:20:24

LOL! You never?.
.................................
Yes I understand its mostly just a stage I go through and then it lifts and everything is fine...from now on I shall only let the little horror stories out under supervision and loud black guitars..cheers pal.

Post 15 by lawlord (I'm going for the prolific poster awards!) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:21:52

You're the third person to call me Lawford in recent days. Makes me sound like a town somewhere in Essex! As for my last post, Goblin's been at the crease a while now and had a few half-volleys on leg stump. So I thought I'd test him out with the short ball and thus far, he hasn't offered a shot, but there are three men bak on the hook for when he does for there can be no doubt that goblin is a compulsive hooker.

Post 16 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:31:29

That was classified info known only to Maryhill's finest who would like it back ASAP.

Post 17 by lawlord (I'm going for the prolific poster awards!) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 11:34:20

The bouncer passes over his head and through to the keeper. I wonder what ball will be bowled at him next?

Post 18 by Wishes (Veteran Zoner) on Saturday, 22-Jan-2005 20:28:04

Post 19 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Sunday, 23-Jan-2005 9:33:03

Well most are already convinced that the your man sneaked in one night and helped himself prematurely.

Who in the name of bloody hell, as Victor Meldrew used to say, is my man this time? This mystery man has crept up in other posts as well, but if I don't even know who my man is then what hope is there?

Post 21 by Goblin (I have proven to myself and the world that I need mental help) on Monday, 24-Jan-2005 12:25:10
